  Great experience!! Staff is wonderful, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, towels are plush. WiFi is dialed in and my firestick worked without a hitch.

  I would to provide Jamie at the front desk recognition for the outstanding interaction during the phone call to book my room for the evening as well as for the warm, friendly and just kindness that she offered as I checked in. After a rather trying week, her smile and kindness brought a smile to my face. Top notch service by Miss Jamie!!!!! You are an amazing asset to the hotel! My room is very nice and very clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience!!! Six star service! Thanks Jamie!

  The rooms are nice. The restaurant on the top floor was wonderful until they closed it years ago. Also, there is no shopping whatsoever since they closed the Marketplace. Battle Creek is a sad city.
