  My experience was very positive. Even though it had been over 7 years since our remote start system was installed (they had an outlet in Portage then), when we called them at their location in Battle Creek, they got us in right away and instead of trying to sell us a whole new system they were able to fix it with just the costs of a new key. And they even sold us that key at cost!
  
  The cost of their remote start systems are so much less than anywhere in the Kalamazoo area that it is worth driving to Battle Creek. They were friendly and efficient.

  A real good experiance, Lisa was great,Bj and Mike Very professional my apointment wasn't till 3pm but they were able to get me in at 10am done as they said it would be done about 1-1/2 hr the alarm/remote system works great no more going out when it's cold to start my Van very pleased Thanks...
