  Took Computer in that was purchased at BB due to boot up malfunction. They reinstalled the operating system and assured my wife we would be able to keep our data. Technician wiped drives clean. They admitted fault, sent to levels 1,2, and 3, recovery before they came back and said "We need to send it to Level 4, it could cost you $400". Even thought they initially charge for services that involve "recovering you data", Their fine print at the end of a long list of fine print reads (all caps) "not responsible for data loss of any kind". They did not take any responsibility, just our money. I will never go back there again.
