  After reviewing the post, my wife and I decided to confirm the reviews. I'm giving them a 2 star reviews for the open cat living. The dogs on the other hand, well this place will refuse adoption (cat or dog) to any person or family who does not offer the most optimal (snooty) living condition. They would not consider letting us to adopt a two year old MALE Lab mix, because our 11 year old MALE Boston Terrier was not castrated, and our doggy gets along with every cat and dog. Our animals are offered a loving environment, readily urgent and emergency veterinarian care; but that is not of any of their concern, for they would rather leave a dog locked up in a jail cell, waiting for a person who has experience, willing to castrate or cut out the animals ovaries (how cruel to nature), and willing to take the pet to a veterinarian for every care that the veterinarian deems profitable.
  
  The current management should be fired, and replaced.
