  I went in for an oil change 30 min to closing, and was told that since someone called ahead for an oil change that I wouldn't be able to have mine done that day. No biggie. I came back the next week, and told the customer service rep that I had a coupon for an oil change for 14.99$ I asked how long the change would take he told me 30-40min. I was thinking that was a little excessive, but hey for 14.99$ we can wander around. Then the customer service rep told me that since my truck takes extra oil that the change would still be "like" 26$. We discussed this for a bit, at which point he changed the price and said it would be 22$. I said give me my keys, and your Mgr., or corporate number. The coupon doesn't mention anything about extra service fees, or oil. Which I showed him. He said well they usually do. Then he told me they don't really have a corporate number, and that even if they did that the system was down so he couldn't look it up. I'm very disappointed. I was turned away for service, after an extra trip to try to have service with sears automotive.

  Took my van in for a tune up and they fit me in on a Saturday and was a good price and didn't take long and my van runs great again
