  Horrible front office staff who doesn't know how to handle much of any request. They do not provide digitized records, including xrays, and therefore are pretty much useless for referrals. Also, they refused to do any cheaper dental crowns to help save patients' money. Very frustrated with the office staff and the dentist tends to smell like overly ripe garlic. Not at all an up-to-date system. If you are happy with a 1970s-style office with 1970s-style equipment and office procedures, this place is for you. If you need competent, quick, and helpful service, go somewhere else. I am on the way to manually fetch my records and then digitize them myself just so I can get the dental help I need at a real place--U of M's dental clinic. Worth the drive to Ann Arbor to avoid this hack-knee dental office.
